First attempt

notes for next time:

1. 

 Don't drain oil from pans. 

2. 

Only 1/8 of tsp red pepper flake,  apply after cooking,  to personal tastes. 

3.  

Be certain to roatate halfway, cook 13 or 14 minutes.

Decided that a blog would be a good way of managing the things that I am always trying to improve.   Here's to the inaugural post!  Cheers.

Made the inagural post on the web. 
Was hoping the blog app would be the best way,  but either tmobile is having problems or the app only works with wi-fi. 
Only way to get account valuation was when finally got to home and hit wifi.
